Provider Zone is a suite of applications. This suite includes a Scheduling component, Billing Component, and Electronic Medical Records. These products may be purchased and used separately, but to maximize the Provider Zone efficiencies, purchasing the entire suite will yield optimal practice performance.

Shared Data Between Hospital, Physician Practice, and Pharmacist - Single view of patient records (ASP model). Messages are designed per HL7 specifications. IntegraCare’s applications are also CCR compliant (Continuity of Care Records).
Support for Images and Test Results - Scan and attach images and test results to the patient record.
Health Maintenance Component - through proprietary rules management related to lab or test results, that are customizable by practice and physician, triggers are built to notify the patient and physician of over due tests. Patient is notified by email as appropriate and physician is provided with an alert when the patient progress note is created.
Evaluation and Management - through proprietary rules management related to encounter activities, that are customizable by practice and physician, recommendations are made for coding based on evaluation points in the progress note. Recommendations can be accepted or overridden. This allows for proper billing for proper encounters. The progress note is updated with the appropriate audit trail information to support discussions with insurance regulators and oversight agencies.
